This is the privacy policy for Timeless Games: Royal Ur (the "App"), an iPhone and iPad game published by Dilmun Games.

The short version: the App collects nothing about you. It does not contact any servers. It has no advertising, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, and no in-app purchases. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.

1. What information the App collects

None. The App does not collect, transmit, store on a server, share, or sell any personal information.

The App does store the following entirely on your device, in Apple-managed UserDefaults:

• Your current campaign level (a single integer, 1–14).
• Your audio toggle preferences (sound on/off, music on/off).

These never leave your device. Resetting your progress in the App's Settings, or deleting the App, removes them.

2. Network access

The current version of the App makes no network requests at all.

A future version may include optional in-app purchases via Apple's StoreKit. If and when that ships, this policy will be updated, and StoreKit purchases are governed by Apple's privacy practices, not ours. We will still not collect any personal information ourselves.

3. Advertising and tracking

The App displays no advertising and uses no tracking technology. It does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. It does not access your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any other device identifier.

4. Children's privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for children. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13, it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations.

5. Third-party services

The App contains no third-party SDKs in this version — no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no social integrations. It runs entirely on Apple-provided frameworks.

6. Your rights under GDPR / CCPA

Because the App does not collect or process personal data, the rights provided by the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar laws — to access, correct, delete, or port your data — are not relevant: there is no data to access, correct, delete, or port.

7. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App introduces any data collection or network activity, this policy will be updated and the new version will be linked from the App's listing on the App Store before that update ships.
